Hi! My name is Kateryna, and I am the founder of Move & Flow Studio. As a psychotherapist and dance teacher, I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, combining the mind and body to achieve balance and growth. This belief inspired me to create a space that supports professionals like you—trainers, instructors, therapists, and event organizers—who want to share their expertise and passion with others.
